• Heart Band — The present Nucleus (siblings, children, cousins holding the House together).
• Crown Band — Future generations (children, grandchildren, and those not yet born).

Center Flame Practice

This simple practice allows any member of the House to stand in the Center Flame and feel their place within it.

Step 1 — Posture

Sit or stand with the spine upright. Hands relaxed. The body itself becomes a mirror of the vertical column.

Step 2 — Naming the Column

Imagine a thin vertical line of gold-white light running from beneath your feet, up through your spine, and out through the top of your head. It is steady, quiet, and present.

Step 4 — Three Breaths

  Inhale: “I receive.”
  Exhale: “I remember.”
• Breath 2 — Present Nucleus (Heart Band)
  Inhale: “I stand.”
  Exhale: “I align.”
